[Clive Rabie](https://info.polysales.com/news/author/clive-rabie) Jun 7, 2022 --- Polyflor is excited to announce the launch of our BRAND NEW, locally manufactured, recycled rubber wall protector,  the first product in the new R-RANGE. A solid protective wall system reduces the risk of serious wall damage caused by bumps from wheeled traffic such as wheelchairs, beds, carts and trolleys. These objects can cause major dents in wall surfaces, resulting in unsightly damage and costly repair. We are excited to announce the launch of our **brand new locally manufactured, recycled** [**R-Range!**](https://www.polyflor.co.za/flooring-products/wall-building-protection/rubber-wall-corner-protection/) The first product available in the new recycled R-Range is the [WPSXT195E](https://www.polyflor.co.za/flooring-products/wall-building-protection/r-range/). It is a durable rubber [wall protector](https://info.polysales.com/news/understanding-different-types-of-wall-protection) specifically designed to offer protection to a building or property against severe damage caused by wheeled traffic.  Let’s delve a little deeper: ### **Recycled & Sustainable** Polyflor is committed to sustainability and this product is just one chapter in our story. The [WPSXT195E](https://www.polyflor.co.za/flooring-products/wall-building-protection/r-range/)is made from recycled tyres. Why is this important? Tyres take up plenty of space in landfills and by upcycling them, we are saving limited resources for waste that cannot be recycled.  Polyflor goes beyond just the fundamentals of sustainability, we are passionate about it on every level. We’re environmentally sensitive and we live by a code of care. Apart from being environmentally sustainable, the new R-Range is also sustainable when it comes to your business: it offers premium quality with the utmost protection to walls, thereby reducing maintenance costs and making it sustainable for your business. This brings us to our next point… ### Locally manufactured Our new R-Range is locally manufactured. You know the saying ‘put your money where your mouth is’, and what better way to support South Africa than by doing what we can to support our local initiatives. By growing our local production, we’re directly creating new jobs, sources of income, and economic growth.  We’re excited to be working with the team at [Proudly SA](https://www.proudlysa.co.za/about_us_pg) and will share more detail with you soon. ### **Cost Saving** Accidents are inevitable, and even the smallest bumps can cause significant damage.  This is why it is essential to have your walls protected.  With our new [WPSXT195E](https://www.polyflor.co.za/flooring-products/wall-building-protection/r-range/), you will be able to save plenty of time and costly maintenance to your walls. By investing in wall protection, you can be sure to avoid the long-term costs of ongoing repair, repainting or the replacing of surfaces.  ### Why choose our new recycled, rubber wall protector? Designed to absorb and deflect impact, this heavy-duty wall protector reduces maintenance costs for areas that are subject to heavy wear and tear. The [WPSXT195E](https://www.polyflor.co.za/flooring-products/wall-building-protection/r-range/) can be installed onto practically any substrate, including concrete, brickwork, blockwork or alternate building products and is suitable for both interior and exterior environments. This robust product is ideal for use in: - Manufacturing - Warehousing  - Loading bays - Back of house retail  - Hospital - Hospitality - Commercial service areas - Car parks. The new [WPSXT195E](https://www.polyflor.co.za/flooring-products/wall-building-protection/r-range/) is flexible and makes for a simple, effective retrofit solution, eliminating all those bumps and scuffs that happen on a daily basis.  It is available in 195mm x 32mm x 2900mm lengths and offers instant protection from damage.
