With a career in sales in the building industry for over 20 years, Nelia has a deep understanding of the industry, valuable experience and analytical skills which allows her to address her clients with effective and appropriate solutions. During the last 20 years she has worked with many of the industry’s key service providers including BUCO, Builders Warehouse, Build It and Cashbuild and prominent clients such as Edcon, Shoprite, Spar, Woolworths, Tsogo Sun, Sun International, Protea Hotel group, Legacy Hotel group, Spar, Pick and Pay, ACSA, Curro schools, Truworths, Virgin Active, Advtech group, Department of Infrastructure and the Department of Education. Providing solutions and support to Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Developers, Building Contractors and Sub-Contractors, Nelia has refined her skill set of running numerous complex projects simultaneously whilst developing new market sectors. Nelia’s focus is primarily in the Education, Retail, Hospitality and Commercial sectors.
